Inside the museum, I met this
cute donkey hauling a bundle of sticks on the trail to Santa Fe..... 
......and this friendly mule in
the antique harness display. 
I even met a cotton-pickin' World War II German Prisoner of War.
(The POW's were paid a standard wage to work the farms while the New Mexicans were off fighting the war. Many of the POW's liked New Mexico so much, they returned after the war to visit or even stay!)
On the the Space Museum near White Sands Missile Range and NASA test facility.
